Court House Farm - Sustainability Weekend

A Weekend of Style and Sustainability

Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th June 10-4 - £ 5.00 entry fee


A weekend of Garden style and sustainability with creative workshops, talks, textiles showcase modern and vintage, makers & creators, crafting and a pop up Homestore all inspired by sustainable Living and working towards zero waste.

Join us a experience what Court House Farm and gardens has to offer. The newly planted gardens here and grounds at Court House Farm & Gardens are open for you to explore and enjoy, alongside the event, we have a beautifully illustrated map to give you on entry.

Turn The Tide will have a table at this event and be showing the Plastic Ocean Film too!


ISaturday 8th June 10-4 GARDENS & GROUNDS: Explore Court House Farm grounds and the gardens here, use our map to explore or there will be a tour by our gardener at 11.00 pm & 2.00 pm. EXHIBITORS: Find a curated selection of sustainable brands showcasing their wares & makes including soaps, house-plants, zero waste, candles and more. TEXTILE EXHIBITORS: Our cowshed will be hosting our TEXTILE special, modern and vintage textiles alongside a communal weaving for you to join in with. CRAFTING/ ACTIVITIES: we will have family friendly activities for you to join in and demos for you to watch by artisan makers . HOMESTORE: Our new vintage and brocante homestore will be open. FILM: We will be showing The Plastics Ocean film from Turn the Tide 11.30, 1.15 & 3.30.

EXHIBITION: Artist Sarah Dowling will be presenting a selection of work inspired by Bees and a selection inspired by the sea- These will be displayed in our Pop up cafe area and will be available to buy. Sarah's work focuses around her interest in the environment and sustainability issues so perfect for our event! WORKSHOPS: Separate booking Required 10.00 - 1.00 Intro to screen printing - Tote bags with print maker; Kathy Hutton: Tickets sold separately but includes entrance to the event. 10.00 - 1.00 Casting botanical plaque with clay, with Claire Mahoney: Tickets sold separately but include entrance to event.

Sunday 9th June 10-4 INCLUDED WITH ENTRY: TALK: Living Plastic Free with Claudi Williams to reserve your seat.
